Cupcake Workshop:
Buttercream Succulents

This is a 2 to 2.5-hour workshop led by Leah Black of Fleur de Leah Cakes, hosted in the Putnam's Vine/Yard classroom!
You will learn several techniques for making stunning hand-piped buttercream succulents! You will get to see step-by-step demonstrations in a small class setting. There will be plenty of time to practice the techniques you will learn & to decorate your cupcakes. Cupcakes, buttercream, and supplies will be provided for your use during the workshop. You will get to take home your decorated cupcakes, a recipe for Italian Meringue Buttercream, as well as a list of all the supplies we used during class.
NEED TO KNOW:
This class is ages 21+ - alcohol will be served!
All experience levels are welcome, but we will use some intermediate techniques.
All supplies will be provided, including buttercream, cupcakes, piping bags, piping tips, and more.
Cupcakes & buttercream used for class contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and are made in a kitchen that processes nuts & other allergens.
