Do you deliver?

Pickup in Grantham, NH is preferred.

FOR ORDERS OVER $150

Delivery & set up is available. Pricing depends on distance from Grantham, NH. Please inquire.

How much notice do you need for an order?

For small orders, at least a week's notice is always preferred - but it never hurts to ask if you need something on shorter notice. For larger orders, weddings, & events, I highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible. I have limited availability, and I do book up sometimes!

What is your cancellation policy?

When your order is placed, I reserve a block of my time just for you. Please avoid cancelling whenever possible.

When do I need to pay for my order?

FOR ORDERS UNDER $120

Client may pay at pickup with cash or local check, or choose to pay in advance via debit, credit, ACH check, or Venmo.

FOR ORDERS $120 - $299

A 50% deposit is due at booking, and the remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to the date of service.

FOR ORDERS OVER $300

A 50% deposit is due at booking, and the remaining 50% will be due 14 days prior to the date of service.

What payment methods do you accept?

For each order placed, the client will receive an invoice to their email that can be paid via debit, credit, or ACH check. I also accept Venmo @fleurdeleahcakes. For orders under $120, cash or local check is accpted at pickup.

Can you make a plain birthday cake without flowers or succulents?

Yes! I can do simpler designs. Check out my menu page under Basic Cakes for more info!

Can you make a cake like this picture I found on Pinterest?

Maybe! I accept custom orders outside of my design style on a case by case basis, but my main focus is exquisite buttercream botanicals. It never hurts to ask, but some designs are outside of my style.

Do you have a brick & mortar store?

Not yet, but with your support we hope to one day open a cake & cupcake shop in Grantham! Fleur de Leah is a home-based cake & cupcakes studio operating under New Hampshire's Homestead Food Operation laws.

How do you calculate your prices?

My price per serving reflects the quality & price of ingredients, as well as the love, care, and experience I bring to each and every bake. 

Can you accommodate my food allergy?

I am a skilled Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan baker. Many of my recipes do not contain nuts, or can be modified to exclude nuts. That being said, I do process gluten, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts in my kitchen.
